• Fulfillment of sponsorship benefits including signage, digital/traditional media benefits, and on-site activation. This includes VIP experiences and sponsorship engagement.  

• Develop mutually beneficial in-kind sponsorship opportunities that reduces expenses while adding value to your event.

Non-Profit Fundraising

i5 Enterprises has vast experience utilizing events to help organizations meet their goals and fulfill their missions. Non-profit fundraising has continued to become a very competitive landscape, so it’s increasingly important to make sure you host first-class events that highlight the importance of your mission. Services include:

• Training organizations on best practices in peer-to-peer fundraising in order to maximize your participants’ fundraising through gamification, storytelling and best-in-breed technology. 

• Developing your vision, mission and communication plan to engage your audience, identify the need and illustrate how your funds are solving problems. 

• Helping you build your community. I5 will coach your organization on how to grow your participation, build teams of participants and support your large fundraisers and major gift donors.

 

Event Management

First-Class experiences…that is what motivates participants, spectators, and fundraisers. Increasingly, events are being assessed on the participants’ overall experience, not just on the activity itself. A successful cycling event certainly needs a memorable course with beautiful scenery; but the event also needs a smooth registration process, great aid stations, a safe riding experience and a fun after-party with your peloton. I5 will help you envision best-in-breed events as well as help make your current event better. Services include:

• Event Visioning including course design and venue development. 

• Logistical and Project Management including permitting, police and traffic control, venue construction and safety.

• Volunteer needs and management. 

• Procurement of all necessary event needs: signage, food and beverage, hospitality, first-aid, and entertainment.
